Value Proposition Email Series
Shortly after Kaiser Permanente established a foothold in Washington state, we launched a series of projects to help health insurance brokers and producers learn about the organization and the value it could bring to their customers.
Among these projects was an email series highlighting Kaiser Permanente's unique value. I designed a 17-week roadmap that laid the foundation for us to address the main questions our sales staff was hearing from their producer and broker partners. The heavy lifting to identify the subjects we needed to cover and to source and create relevant, timely, and interesting content ahead of time allowed us to easily plug-and-play—and deploy on time—each week.
